Nannies, Mammies and Daddies, based in London, was established by a team of professional Greek nannies with 20 years of experience working in London.

We provide experienced and DBS-checked nannies for parents in the UK. We specialise in Greek-speaking nannies as well as Permanent and Temporary Nannies, Au-pair, Emergency Nannies, Babysitters and Homekeepers.

Nannies, Mammies and Daddies agency aim to offer families the opportunity to meet nannies that share our values and are capable of keeping alive the culture, the language and the ethos of the family in which children can blossom surrounded by love.

Our mission is to introduce to a family, of any nationality, the nanny that could fill their needs and requirements responsibly and with the same devotion as if she was a member of that family herself.

Like any agency, we are primarily here to help you find the right candidate. But like any company, we also need to cover the costs of this service.

Permanent full-time Candidate:
Live-out Placement: Three (3) weeks’ net salary ( one-off payment )
Live-in Placement: One (1) month nanny’s salary

Permanent Part-time Candidate:
Live-out Placement: Three (3) weeks’ net salary ( one-off payment )

At present, we are not required to charge VAT on our services.

How we work

Once you know what type of childcare you need, you have to register your vacancy online by filling our family registration form. Your information will be carefully reviewed by a member of our staff who will then contact you directly to discuss your specific requirements.

We understand your Needs

We listen to your requirements, then we will see your needs and define the nanny’s role within the family!

Matching Nannies & Family

We will search in our large database of nannies, the one that matches your needs and all the specifications for your family.

Interview

We help set up interviews, with ready-made or custom questions. You can interview your childcarer online, over the phone or in person.

Contract

When you are comfortable with a nanny, you can ask her for a trial or offer her the job straight away.

Follow Up

The final step is follow-up. After the placement of our nanny, we contact both family and our candidate to assess the working relationship!
